The fan on my macbook pro keeps running once I upgraded to Sierra OS - it is driving me crazy and my computer is working overtime. What can I do?

I see that the fans on your MacBook Pro are running at a high speed, and you don't know why. First, let's reset the SMC and see if the issue persists:

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac

If it's still happening, then please open Activity Monitor to find if there are any processes creating a heavy load on your Mac.

Apps can affect Mac performance, battery runtime, temperature, and fan activity
